Here at Bon Vivant, our entire purpose is to ensure that your experience with us is personal.

During our initial consultation, we gather all of the necessary information so that we can pair you with the team member who can best meet your set of needs. We understand that you are investing your time, trust and resources with our agency. So we want to make sure that you are seen, heard and valued. In order to accomplish this, we prioritize communication at all stages.

Not only is your dedicated personal assistant available to you during assigned work hours, but our executives are also highly responsive throughout the workday. So you will always have a path of communication with us.

Service Offerings

You pick the activity and we provide the partner. Our team can come out to meet you to engage in planned events, such as neighborhood walks, meal sharing and board games.

Whether you are leaving for a trip or returning from one, the state of your home should bring you peace and comfort. We have based these services on hotel-style preparation and turn-down services.

Twice per month, our team offers group rate shopping to Costco and/or Sam’s Club.

We will shop for, deliver and organize your purchases.

Our team can provide complete transportation services to the following destinations.

*Groome shuttle service

*Tucson international airport

Every month, we schedule outings for up to six people. We will designate a collective meeting spot in your community and we will transport you to and from the planned event. Please call our office for information for this event or other upcoming monthly outings.

Services can include a variety of in-home options designed to enhance your lifestyle. Examples are weekly grocery shopping, light housekeeping, food and meal preparation, digital connection assistance, calendar organization and personal correspondence.

There are always those who need a different level of services, and usually those that require a very unique and specialized approach. We offer assistance in the areas of monthly finance oversight and special event architecture. Rates for these services are offered at a project rate, and we will create an individual plan for each client.
